Roaring 20s Brewery Summer 2024 'Drink Good Beer' Campaign

Purpose

As new breweries, wineries and cideries pop up throughout the upstate New York region, the Roaring 20s Brewery recognized the need to grow with the industry on a digital scale to reach greater crowds of brewery fans and travelers.

I developed the following marketing strategy and campaign structure to guide the success of the brewery's goals.

Campaign Purpose: to reaffirm the brewery's industry credibility by refining brand identity and strengthening business-to-customer relations through high-level digital marketing services to further support seasonal sales goals.

Marketing Strategy: Employ digital media marketing strategies, such as customer relations management, social media management, content production and photography, to create a professionally curated social media presence showcasing imagery and creative content that communicates the brand's identity, quality of craft and community involvement to be shared via Facebook and Instagram at the start of the brewery high season.

By implementing  high-level brand-centric content and audience engagement tactics, the Roaring 20s Brewery would renew their relationship with their audience, reaffirm their positioning within their industry and debut a refined digital identity to, in return, expand brand awareness and position the business as regional industry leaders.

Results

As a direct result of the digital marketing strategies I constructed and implemented on the brewery’s social media platforms, the social media channels saw the following results:  

Audience reach, or # of people that viewed each post/story, increased by over 90% between both platforms.

Content interactions (likes, comments, shares, etc.) increased by over 345% between both platforms 

The Roaring 20s Brewery social media channels gained 119+ followers from June 1st - September 30th (for measure: that would fill the brewery's taproom maximum capacity four times). 

From June to September 2024, 62% of the accounts reached by the brewery’s Instagram content were non-followers thus supporting an increased ratio of followers to non-followers exposed to the social channels and content I was producing.

Overall, the Roaring 20s Brewery saw the following business improvements as a result of my marketing efforts:

Gross Sales: Increased by 51.2%

Number of Sales: Increased by 36.8%

Average Daily Sale: Increased by 10.5%

Net Sales: Increased by 51.9%
